All complaints are kept confidential and the personal information of a complainant will not be disclosed, Lytton First Nation will not accept anonymous complaints. The only time a complainant's name is used if they are needed to be identified in court or before Chief & Council, in these cases, the complainant will be contacted by the Lands Office.
